Police reports for Jan. 20, 2019.

4:17 a.m., Officers contacted a local citizen for a law enforcement agency in the 400 block of Dickinson Avenue

11:54 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible animal neglect in the 400 block of Wise Street.

1:13 p.m., Officers conducted a well-being check in the 1200 block of Green Street.

1:30 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible abandoned vehicle in the area of Leeper Street and Cowgill Street.

3:15 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 10 block of Elm Street.

3:15 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen at the police department in reference to a civil property dispute.

3:19 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person with a possible warrant in the 1000 block of Olive Street

3:29 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a loud music complaint in the area of E. Bridge Street and Missouri Avenue.

3:30 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 600 block of Locust Street.

3:48 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two vehicle non-injury traffic crash at the intersection of Park Lane and Washington Street. A vehicle driven by Kennedy Shea Corzette was attempting to turn onto Park Lane from Washington Street and slid into another vehicle occupied by Kayla Brianne McCampbell. Minor damage was reported on both vehicles.

5:13 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen at the police department in reference to a possible sex crime.

5:46 p.m., Officers took a report at the police department for interference of custody.

6:53 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a vehicle doing “donuts” in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Bryan Street.

9:49 p.m., Officers arrested Ryann Nicholle Gatson on an active warrant for a parole violation and Trenell Demetrious Beard on an active warrant for a parole violation and possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The warrants carried no bond. They were processed at the police department and transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional jail.

On Jan. 20, the Chillicothe Police Department received 59 calls for service.
