9:01 a.m., Officers provided a funeral escort for a local funeral home.

9:30 a.m., Officers provided a funeral escort for a local funeral home.

10:21 a.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 200 block of Clay Street. The investigation is ongoing.

10:41 a.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 2700 block of N. Washington Street. The investigation is ongoing.

10:58 a.m., Officers checked on a possible abandoned vehicle in the 2700 block of N. Washington Street.

11:00 a.m., Officers checked on a possible abandoned vehicle at Simpson Park. The owner was contacted.

11:04 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stealing in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

1:15 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stuck truck tractor in the area of Trenton and Mechanic Streets. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

3:15 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 600 block of N. Washington Street. A former employee was angry about the loss of employment. The person left without incident.

6:13 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in the area of Bryan and Monroe Streets. The vehicle owner was contacted.

6:20 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen in reference to child custody.

9:42 p.m., Officers arrested a male subject for operating a motor

vehicle while drivers license suspended and failure to stop at stop sign. He was processed at the police department and released pending a court appearance.

11:57 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stolen vehicle in the 500 block of E. Bus. 36 Hwy. The investigation is ongoing.

On Feb. 15, the Chillicothe Police Department received 83 calls for service.

12:30 a.m., Officers removed debris from the roadway at Bryan and N. Washington Streets.

6:23 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Webster Street. Officers arrested a male subject for domestic assault. He was processed at the Police Department. He was transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.

7:48 a.m., Officers spoke with a business in reference to a parking complaint in the 500 block of N. Washington Street. Officers provided information for a resolution.

9:54 a.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 200 block of Clay Street.The investigation is ongoing.

4:22 p.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services on a medical call in the 1700 block of Morningside Drive.

4:23 p.m., Officers were dispatched to two smaller children walking in the area of Elm and Calhoun Streets. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

4:33 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen in reference to possible harassment/threats. The investigation is ongoing.

5:18 p.m., Officers located an unsecured building in the 1300 block of Monroe Street. A caretaker was contacted, and the building was secured.

5:39 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in the 10 block of Eleventh Street.

7:41 p.m., Officers arrested a female subject for operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license suspended, failure to register with Department of Revenue and failure to maintain financial responsibility following a traffic stop at Jackson and Locust Streets. Hedrick was processed at the police department. She was released pending a court appearance.

7:56 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person walking with a backpack and looking in vehicles in the 900 block of Walnut Street. The person was gone on arrival.

10:25 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 1700 block of Morningside Drive. The person appeared to need medical/mental health assistance and was transported to Hedrick Medical Center.

On Feb. 16 the CHillicothe Police Department received 60 calls for service.

2:21 a.m., Officers checked on a pedestrian to see if they needed assistance in the area of Broadway and Eleventh Streets. No assistance was needed.

7:18 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a dog running-at-large on Missouri Avenue. The owner was contacted and took possession of the dog.

7:50 a.m., Officers recovered property in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

8:55 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible missing person in the 900 block of Birch Street. Officers discovered the person was not missing and was okay.

9:03 a.m., Officers assisted a citizen with property in the 1200 block of Keith Avenue

10:36 a.m., Officers took a report of a sexual assault at the police department. The investigation is ongoing.

11:20 a.m., Officers assisted a citizen with child custody.

1:32 p.m., Officers attempted to return property to the owner in the 800 block of Sunset Avenue. Officers were unable to contact the owner.

2:00 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a cat possibly stuck in a tree. It was determined the cat was able to get down by itself.

3:50 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 300 block of E. Third Street. The investigation is ongoing.

4:51 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1400 block of Clay Street.

4:56 p.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a crash in the 1700 block of Webster Street. The investigation is ongoing.

5:17 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 200 block of Cherry Street. The investigation is ongoing.

5:21 p.m., Officers conducted a well-being check of a vehicle parked in the same place for approximately one week in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The person was not located and the vehicle was empty.

5:32 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a vehicle possibly passing through the Chillicothe area possibly transporting drugs. The vehicle was not located.

7:21 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person who left a medical facility and needed to return property to the facility in the 2700 block of N. Washington Street. The person was located the they returned the property.

8:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to loud music in the 1200 block of McVey Street. Officers made contact and the music was turned down.

On Feb. 17, the Chillicothe Police Department received 61 calls for service.
