Roze Frampton is the only candidate running for Chillicothe City Clerk.

Since 1999, Rozanne (Roze) Frampton has been the Chillicothe City Clerk, serving under five mayors and alongside four city administrators.

“I was first hired by the City of Chillicothe in September of 1998 as the deputy city clerk and was elected as the city clerk and have continued to serve in that capacity since April of 1999,” she said. “I am looking forward to continuing as the city clerk and serving the citizens of Chillicothe.”

Frampton has a bachelor’s of science degree in personnel management from Northwest Missouri State University.

She and her husband, Jeff, who have been married for 28 years, moved to Chillicothe nearly 24 years ago. They have two daughters Amber, 26, and Sara, 23, both Chillicothe High School

graduates.

“We are very proud to call Chillicothe our home and blessed to be a part of such a great

community,” she said. “My family and I are members of the St. Columban Catholic Church and are also active members of the Chillicothe Elks Lodge.”

She is also an active member of the Missouri City Clerk and Finance Officers Association as well as the Northwest Division.
