8:27a.m., A subject came to the police department in reference to mail being stolen from their mailbox. The investigation is continuing.

10:12 a.m., An officer responded to a report of a suspicious acting subject in the 800 block of West Business 36 Highway. The subject was contacted by officers and the situation was handled.

10:21 a.m., An officer responded to a report of a subject possibly needing medical attention in the 300 block of Calhoun Street. The subject was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.

11:57 a.m., An officer responded to a parking complaint in the 300 block of Third Street. The vehicle was broken down and the owner will get it moved.

12:49 p.m., An officer travelled to Trenton for a Children’s Advocacy Hearing.

1:07 p.m., An officer responded to a parking complaint in the 10 block of Elm Street. The owner of the vehicle was notified and moved the vehicle.

1:09 p.m., An officer was waved down by a subject in the 600 block of Clay Street. The subject changed their mind and didn’t want the officers assistance.

2:07 p.m., An officer responded to a call of a disturbance 300 block of Clay Street. The officer reported it to be verbal disagreement and no arrests were made.

2:39 p.m., An officer responded to a complaint from the 1200 block of Calhoun Street of a dog constantly barking. The owner was contacted and advised of complaint.

4:02 p.m., An officer recovered an abandoned bicycle in the 1400 block of Polk Street. The owner can describe and claim the bicycle at the police department.

5:08 p.m., Officers assisted Emergency Services with a disoriented individual in the 2800 block of Hornet Drive. Caregivers were notified.

5:34 p.m., Officers assisted another agency with an investigation in the 300 block of 11th Street and the 1200 block of Cooper Street. The investigation is continuing.

5:48 p.m., An officer spoke with subject at the police department who had some questions about a troubling relationship. No report was taken.

6:11 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a suspicious person at a rental house in the 1200 block of Webster Street. The subject was contacted and was getting information on the rental.

7:48 p.m., An officer responded to a report of an employee at business in the 1000 block of South Washington Street refusing to leave after being terminated. The subject left the premises and was trespassed.

9:23 p.m., A subject called the police department with questions in reference to an investigation that officers are working. Subject was advised to contact the detective.

9:52 p.m., Officers responded to a check the well-being call of subject in the 500 block of Peacher Street. The subject was not at the residence.

10:16 p.m., Officers attempted paper service in the 100 block of Webster Street.

11:06 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Clay Street. Upon their arrival the assailant had fled the scene. Information will be sent to the prosecuting attorney.

On March 20, the Chillicothe Police Department received 94 calls for service.
