4:26 a.m., An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Bryan Street.

7:06 a.m., An officer responded to a report a motor vehicle crash involving a parked vehicle in the 400 block of Washington Street. The driver was northbound on Washington Street, travelled from the driving lane and into the parking lane, striking the parked vehicle in the rear. The driver, Mikall Foster was cited for careless and imprudent driving, and no insurance. His vehicle was towed due to damage.

8:00 a.m., An officer responded to a report of a commercial business alarm in the 700 block of Webster Street. It was accidental activation.

9:59 a.m., An officer responded to a report of trespassing at a business in the 700 block of Elm Street. A suspect was identified as having previously been trespassed and returned to the property. Information is to be forwarded to the prosecuting attorney.

10:19 a.m., Officers assisted emergency services with a call in the 800 block of Dickinson Street.

10:56 a.m., An officer responded to a report of a dog running loose and almost being struck by vehicle.

11:10 a.m., An officer located a small dog near Bryan and Miller Streets. Animal control was contacted.

11:16 a.m., A report was taken involving subjects sending sexually explicit pictures to one another. The investigation is continuing.

11:19 a.m., An officer responded to a report that a car had been stolen from the parking lot of the Livingston County Courthouse. It was determined that it was not stolen, it was repossessed.

11:42 a.m., An officer talked with a subject in reference to a possible violation of protection order. It was determined to be no violation having occurred.

12:08 p.m., The school resource officer assisted emergency services with medical call in the 1500 block of Bryan Street.

12:10 p.m., Suspicious activity was reported in the area of Monroe and Normal Streets. No suspicious activity was observed by officers.

1:44 p.m., Officers assisted another agency with an unruly subject that they had transported to Hedrick Medical Center for evaluation.

1:48 p.m., An officer responded to a reported disturbance in the 900 block of Third Street. It was determined to be a verbal domestic argument so no arrest made and one party had left the scene.

2:09 p.m., Contact was made with the other party from the disturbance in the 900 block of Third Street.

3:45 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a theft from a business in the 500 block of Park Lane, the investigation is continuing.

4:39 p.m., An officer responded to a report of kids playing near pond at Green Hills Golf Course. No kids were found in the area.

5:07 p.m., An officer provided a courtesy ride to an individual from the 2700 block of North Washington Street to their residence.

8:01p.m., An officer took a telephone report from subject of a dog bite having occurred at an address on Calhoun Street and the victim is being treated at Wright Memorial. The address that was given of the reported incident could not be located by officer.

On April 10, the Chillicothe Police Department received 118 calls for service.
