11:03 p.m., on May 10, an officer travelled to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton on report of a sexual assault victim at that location after having been assaulted at a location in Chillicothe, The investigation is continuing.
11:37 p.m., Report of several kids being loud near Clay and Washington Streets, however officers were unable to locate anyone.
11:40 p.m., Report of two subjects walking on Third Street toward Washington, possibly intoxicated, at about the same time officers received call of injured subject in 300 block of Vine Street. The injured party was reluctant to prosecute for injuries received and officers were unable to locate a suspect nearby after canvassing neighborhood. The victim was transported by emergency services to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment of a head injury.
At 12:13 a.m., on May 11, officers responded to a report of someone ringing the doorbell of a residence in the 1000 block of Broadway, however, officers were unable to locate anyone in the area.
12:28 a.m., Parking complaint in the 1000 block of Graves Street, the owner was contacted and moved the vehicle.
1:01 a.m., Report of suspicious vehicle at East Street and Route V, an officer made contact and they were having car trouble and were waiting on help to arrive.
3:59 a.m., Report of possible intoxicated driver near the south junction, however, officers were unable to locate the suspect vehicle.
7:08 a.m., Commercial business alarm in 400 block of Park Lane, it was determined to be an accidental activation.
8:41 a.m., School Resource Officer performed special assignment at Chillicothe High School.
1:13 p.m., Officers checked a suspicious acting person in the 200 block of Bridge Street, it was determined the subject was okay and was yelling at a car.
2:54 p.m., Officer performed a motorist assist at Washington and Polk Streets. The vehicle was moved from roadway.
3:19 p.m., Officers checked on a minor vehicle accident in the 1000 block of South Washington Street. No report was made.
5:10 p.m., Possible disturbance in 500 block of Clay Street. It was determined to be a subject was there to pick up some property.
5:32 p.m., Tractor-trailer in 1100 block of Calhoun Street tore down some low hanging utility lines. Truck operator was contacted at local business and information obtained.
6:14 p.m., Officers responded to a business in the 200 block of West Business 36 in reference the odor of an illegal substance, a subject was arrested for possession of controlled substance, transported to the police department, processed and released.
6:40 p.m., An officer was called to the 1300 block of Calhoun Street for a report of possible drug paraphernalia having been found by residents, the Items were destroyed.
7:07 p.m., Report of 4-wheeler being operated in a careless and imprudent manner in the Polk and Bridge Street area, however, officers were unable to locate.
9:03 p.m., Officers responded to business in the 200 block of West Business 36 to a request of having a subject to leave the property.
9:16 p.m., Report of a vehicle on Washington Street, swerving and striking curbs near Washington and Third Streets, however the officer was unable to locate the vehicle and it was stated as southbound out of city. The information was transmitted to local law enforcement agencies.
10:38 p.m., Call from subject in 800 block of Walnut Street who was concerned with prior activities from earlier in the evening at her place of employment and wanting to talk to an officer. Officers contacted and spoke with the subject.
On May 11, the Chillicothe Police Department received 76 calls for service.

2:17 a.m., Report of suspicious subject in yard near Jackson and Easton Streets. An officer made contact with the subject and it was local area resident.
2:23 a.m., Loud music complaint in 1200 block of Locust Street. Officers made contact and advised that the residents would quiet down.
9:58 a.m., Parking complaint in the 1200 block of Locust Street, the owner was contacted and they are moving the vehicle.
2:08 p.m., Traffic stop near Second and Locust which resulted in the driver being arrested for possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. Subject was transported to the police department, processed and transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail pending filing of charges.
2:44 p.m., Officer assisted Highway Patrol and Sheriff’s Department with traffic control for accident that occurred on US 65, north of town.
2:48 p.m., Officer spoke with subject on phone in reference to a possible stolen vehicle, it was determined to not be entered as stolen.
3:24 p.m., Officer performed a residence check for subject in the 200 block of Park Lane and nothing was found disturbed.
6:59 p.m., An officer out in the 1700 block of Morningside Drive on a continuing investigation was unable to make contact with subject.
8:20 p.m., An officer responded to a juvenile issue in the 300 block of Dickinson Street where the juvenile had left the residence. The juvenile was located and returned to the residence. Information was gathered for a report.
9:52 p.m., Officers assisted another agency case worker, with a subject in the 300 block of Dickinson Street. The subject was not cooperating with the case worker and left the scene but was located by an officer and returned.
11:15 p.m., Officer checked possible animal neglect in the 1000 block of Broadway Street, the owner was contacted and situation was handled by an officer.
On May 12, the Chillicothe Police Department received 60 calls for service.
