3:37 a.m., Daviess County requested officers check several locations for a subject that had stated they had taken an overdose of medication. Local officers checked and were unable to locate. Daviess County called back later and said that the subject had been located in Grundy County.
7:13 a.m., Officer checking on subject walking northbound on US-65, north of Park Lane. Subject out for a walk and headed to Hedrick Medical Center.
8:12 a.m., Officers were at a public networking event at the United Methodist Church in the 1400 block of Walnut Street.
10:12 a.m., Officer called to the 200 block of Graves Street in reference a suspicious item. The item that was reported was actually on another person’s property and no report was taken.
10:26 a.m., Officer spoke with business in the 700 block of Webster Street, in reference to someone having tampered with equipment at the location. The investigation is continuing.
10:33 a.m., Officers were dispatched to 200 block of Brunswick on a well-being check for another agency, the subject was already contacted and returning home.
1:25 p.m., Officer at police department accept an appearance bond from a subject for a subject that was in custody in another jurisdiction on a municipal warrant.
4:18 p.m., Complaint of a large snake on the sidewalk in the 500 block of North Washington. Officers removed the snake.
5:03 p.m., Several unfounded 911 calls made from address on Walnut Street. The subject was advised of misuse of 911 service.
6:49 p.m., Officers checked report of possible illegal drug use in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers checked subjects and nothing illegal was observed.
6:58 p.m., Officers checked report of an electrical transformer blowing in the area of Green and Frederick Streets.
7:05 p.m., Reported disturbance in the 1700 block of Maple Street, which was determined to be a verbal domestic and no arrests were made.
7:07 p.m., Report of child left in car in the 300 block of South Washington Street, however, there were negative finding of reported activity.
7:48 p.m., Report of tire in the roadway near 1st and Washington Streets, the tire was removed.
8:41 p.m., Officer attempted paper service in the 400 block of Calhoun Street.
10:31 p.m., Request for well-being check on subject in the 1100 block of Polk Street, the subject was located and is okay.
10:52 p.m., Well-being check in the 200 block of Gale Street after having received a threat, subject was okay.
11:53 p.m., Officer performed a paper service in the 200 block of Gale Street….
At 12:29 a.m,. On May 16, an officer assisted a subject in the 200 block of Church Street with a water issue.
On May 15, the Chillicothe Police Department received 118 calls for service.
