The quarterly meeting is held once every five years in Livingston County/
On Thursday, the Livingston County Commission hosted the Northwest Regional County Commissioners meeting.
Ed Douglas, Livingston County presiding commissioner, said 20 counties were represented at the quarterly meeting which included highlights of Livingston County, a tour of the murals and the Sliced Bread Welcome Center, a presentation on active shooters, among other presentations.
The meetings are rotated through 22 counties in northwest Missouri and Livingston County hosts once every five years. The meeting also served as the inaugural event at the Sliced Bread Welcome Center.
