12:12 a.m., Subject in police department to speak with officer in reference to an incident that occurred earlier at Danner Park.

12:59 a.m., Officer checked on a motorist at the edge of the roadway at Highway 36 and Highway 65. The subject had pulled over to use his phone, everything was okay.

1:08 a.m., Officer made a traffic stop for defective equipment and upon contacting the driver, it was learned that the operator did not possess a driver’s license and the subject was transported to the police department, processed and released on a citation.

1:50 a.m., Report of a young kid being chased by an adult male, west on Ann Street. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

2:55 a.m., Officers assisted emergency services on a medical call in the 400 block of Dickinson Street. Subject was intoxicated and transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.

3:19 a.m., Officer checked well-being of subjects in the 700 block of Clay Street. Subjects were just walking home.

3:53 a.m., Officer checked a vehicle in the 1600 block of Hickory Drive that had its trunk open. Resident was contacted and advised.

5:57 a.m., Suspicious subject in parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Subject was waiting on a ride.

7:47 a.m., Report of a tree in the roadway on Conn Street. Officer checked and the street department was contacted to remove the tree.

8:45 a.m., Two abandoned bicycles and two motor scooters were removed from the 500 block of Elm Street.

10:24 a.m., Officers were out in the 200 block of Crescent Drive reference checking on a strange social media post. Determined to be okay.

1:38 p.m., Officers were out in the area of Clay and Martin on an attempt to serve an arrest warrant. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.

1:43 p.m., Subjects at the police department to claim property that had been removed from 500 block of Elm Street.

2:02 p.m., Officer at police department for court ordered fingerprinting.

3:38 p.m., Officer returned property to subjects that was removed from Jackson and Elm Street area.

4:30 p.m., Officer at police department in reference to a reported motor vehicle crash from an earlier date. Officer attempting to contact parties involved and obtain all information.

4:32 p.m., Officers checking area of McNally and Bryan Streets reference to a parking complaint. Officers unable to locate vehicles that were source of complaint.

5:07 p.m., Officer checked location of previously reported animal neglect the situation was corrected.

5:17 p.m., Officers checked report of a firearm being found by a business at Third and Washington Streets. The item was found to be an air-soft gun with the appearance of a real gun and it was seized by officers.

6:51 p.m., Subject in police department with questions on filing for a protection order. Officer provided information.

8:58 p.m., Report of fireworks being discharged in the area of Vine and Jackson Street. Officer unable to locate violators.

9:12 p.m., Officer provided subject with information on how to dispose of property that was left at a residence.

9:51 p.m., Complaint of loud noise from residence in the 400 block of Polk Street disturbing neighbor. Subject was cited for peace disturbance.

9:58 p.m., Report of group of boys walking near Highways 36 and 65. The subjects were walking to Walmart. Were given courtesy ride.

11:18 p.m., Report of disturbance in the 800 block of Walnut Street, No disturbance was located.
