Our 46th Annual 55 & GO Recognition Banquet was held recently, and I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped to make it a special event. One great group I want to express my sincere thanks to the businesses, professionals and organizations, who gave donations to help pay for banquet meals and provide door prizes for the volunteers.

Monetary donations were given by:

$50 – Anderson TBA Inc, Chillicothe Family Pharmacy, Chillicothe State Bank, and

Hometown Pharmacy

$20 – Ed D. Robertson

Door prizes were donated by: Chillicothe Area Arts Council, Chillicothe Ford Lincoln, Chillicothe Newspapers Inc., Citizens Bank & Trust, Max Curnow Motors, Pap’s Primitives, and T & R Soil Service. And a big thank you to Chillicothe News/Constitution-Tribune for again donating the Volunteers and Station of the Year plaques.

A Big thank you also goes to Mayor Theresa Kelly for being our Emcee, Concerned Citizens President Vicki Silkwood for giving the welcome, United Methodist Church Pastor Mike Tipton for doing the Invocation, Boy Scout Troop 120 and adult leaders for serving meals, the staff of the Grand River Multi-Purpose Center for catering and all they did, Heartland RSVP for decorations and Volunteers and Station of the Year judging, Flip Side Band for entertaining us.
