According to arrest reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, several area residents were arrested during the July 4 holiday period, which ran July 3-7.

According to reports at 7:31 p.m., on July 3, troopers arrested Emily J. Waterman, 21, Dawn, in Caldwell County on four charges. She was charged with alleged felony possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams of less of marijuana; felony unlawful possession of a firearm; felony delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county jail and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was held in the Caldwell County Detention Center for 24 hours.

According to reports troopers in Dekalb County arrested 21-year-old Andrew K. Gingericj, Chillicothe, and placed him on a 12-hour hold at the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail for alleged careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident and for alleged driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 9:06 p.m,., on July 4.

Troopers also arrested Anthony V. Williams, 37, Chillicothe, at 9:45 p.m., on July 4, in Livingston County on a misdemeanor warrant out of Caldwell County for failure to appear in a failure to register a motor vehicle case. He was also arrested for alleged misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Livingston County Jail.

Jessice L. Corthon, 36, Hale, was arrested at 12:43 a.m., on July 5, in Livingston County, according to reports, for alleged felony possession of a controlled substance, expect for 35 grams or less of marijuana; possession of marijuana, 10 grams or less; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; driving while intoxicated - drugs; failure to have two lighted headlamps and for not wearing a seatbelt. She was placed in the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
