According to a Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, troopers arrested a 17-year-old Trenton teenager with allegedly being a visibly intoxicated minor approximately 30 minutes after being involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Troopers submitted an accident report involving Jonathan D. Huber-Bethards, 18,Trneton, who was driving a 2000 Ford F-150. An accident report states at 7:11 p.m., on July 20 at NW Crane Lane and NW 27nd Avenue in Trenton Huber-Bethards was driving two miles north of Trenton when he lost control of the vehicle, went off of the east side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its top.
A passenger, Tierney N. Doolittle, 17, Trenton, received minor injuries and was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Both were wearing seatbelts, according to the report.
He was arrested by a trooper at 7:42 p.m., in Grundy County and was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center where he was later released.
