12:07 a.m, Officers checked on a road sign potentially blocking traffic lanes at U.S. 36 Hwy. and Mitchell Ave.

8:15 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 500 block of Williams St.

8:44 a.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity in the 1000 block of Graves St. Officers contacted a citizen and assisted them with their concerns.

10:07 a.m., Officers assisted a citizen with a landlord/tenant complaint in the 1400 block of Atkins Dr.

10:39 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 10 block of First St.

11:27 a.m., Officers conducted an investigation in the 1500 block of Calhoun St.

11:31 a.m., Officers were dispatched to an aggressive dog in the area of Waples St. and Asher St. Officers were assisted by Animal Control.

11:38 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle injury traffic crash at the intersection of N. Washington St. and Jackson St. A motorcycle was traveling westbound on Jackson St. when it was struck by a vehicle that was turning onto Jackson St. The rider of the motorcycle sustained minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services.

12:04 p.m., Officers conducted an investigation in the 1100 block of Oak St.

1:16 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation at the police department.

1:42 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 500 block of St. Louis Ave.

2:03 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1600 block of Springhill Rd.

2:10 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1000 block of Graves St.

2:34 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about a possible fraud at the police department.

3:32 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 600 block of Webster St.

3:37 p.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity in the 400 block of Samuel St. Officers made contact and discovered there was nothing suspicious but an employee finishing up their business.

4:14 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 900 block of Elm St. The investigation is on-going.

5:18 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle non-injury traffic

crash on private property in the 1000 block of Graves St. No report was filed at that time.

5:59 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about child custody at the police department.

6:54 p.m., Officers were dispatched to stealing in the 1000 block of Graves St. Officers arrested a white female who was processed at the police department and released pending a court appearance.

7:20 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspect in a previous report at a local business in the 1000 block of Graves St. Officers arrested a white female for burglary first degree and stealing who was processed at the police department and released pending a court appearance.

9:47 p.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity and possible stolen property in the 200 block of Third St. Officers did not discover any stolen property at that time.

On Sept. 10, the Chillicothe Police Department responded to 88 calls for service.
