Wine Walk's downtown are held twice a year, once in May and once in October.

On. Oct. 4, the streets of downtown Chillicothe will be abuzz with the excitement of Main Street Chillicothe’s 12th annual Wine Walk and free concert. This year’s second Wine Walk event will feature 500 wine glasses for sale, 100 more than the May event and 200 more than last year’s October event.

Pam Jarding, events and communications coordinator with Main Street Chillicothe said the May 2019 event sold out in 30 minutes, adding the additional glasses will allow more people to enjoy the event, which is growing in popularity.

The event’s free concert will feature Members Only – 80s Tribute band is coming back to entertain for the free concert inside Silver Moon Plaza. “This band is a very high energy band and will be playing from 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.,” Jarding noted.

Alcoholic beverages will be on sale and food vendors will be on site. However, Main Street asks participants that no outside alcoholic beverages be brought into the park.
