9:18 a.m., Officer spoke with subject on the phone in reference subjects in their business establishment and acting suspiciously. The subjects had already left.

9:45 a.m., Check well-being in the 900 block of Elm Street. Subject was fine, having phone trouble.

9:47 a.m., School Resource Officer checking truancy issue in the 1000 block of Grandview. Children going to school.

10:09 a.m., Officer out in the 700 block of St. Louis Street on a continuing investigation.

10:13 a.m., Officer out in the 2700 block of N. Washington. Returning found property to owner.

10:16 a.m., School Resource Officer and Officers out in 2800 block of Hornet Road with out of control juvenile. Information will be forwarded to Juvenile Authorities.

10:31 a.m., Officer out at residence in 300 block of Wilson Street to contact parent reference school incident.

11:34 a.m., Officer out in the 500 block of Baptist Home Lane in attempt to execute arrest warrant. Subject no longer employed at business.

11:37 a.m., School Resource Officer doing follow-up at Children’s Division reference earlier incident at high school.

11:56 a.m., Officer out at business in the 800 block of Elm Street reference investigation.

1:31 p.m., School Resource Officer continuing investigation at high school.

1:37 p.m., Officer out on investigation in the 1300 block of N. Washington Street.

2:06 p.m., Officer attempting to locate reported careless and imprudent driver headed toward town from Brookfield. Unable to locate.

2:39 p.m., Officer out in the 200 block of Herriman to return property.

2:52 p.m., Vehicle stop for traffic violations. Driver cited for violations and an amount of illegal controlled substance was seized.

3:10 p.m., Report of disturbance in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street. Determined as verbal disagreement. No arrests made.

4:14 p.m., Officer returned found property to owner in the 200 block of Brunswick Street.

4:27 p.m., Parking complaint received in the 700 block of Williams Street. .A warning was issued.

4:52 p.m., Reported possible break-in in the 400 block of Park Lane. Investigation continuing.

6:16 p.m., Officers assisted Animal Control in the 1500 block of Burnam Road, checking animal welfare.

7:15 p.m., Officer checking vehicle for wanted in the 200 block of E. Polk Street. Vehicle was not wanted.

7:46 p.m., Officers out in 1400 block of Polk Street. Civil issue between roommates.

7:47 p.m., Officer on motorist assist in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

8:13 p.m., Officer assisted Livingston County Deputy on traffic stop.

10:55 p.m., Officer checking subjects at Danner Park, they were advised the of park hours.

11:08 p.m., Officers checked on reported yelling in the 1000 block of Frederick. Officers unable to locate any yelling.

11:19 p.m., Commercial business alarm in the 1000 block of S. Washington Street. Issue resolved and alarm reset.

12:02 a.m., Officer out with subjects at Danner Park and advised them of park operating hours. Subjects left the park.

On Sept. 20, the Chillicothe Police Department received 137 calls for service.
