12:09 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a report of a stolen animal in the 300 block of Cherry Street. Officers were able to locate the animal and it was returned to the owner.

12:42 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a disagreement between a father and juvenile teenage son in the 600 block of W. Business Highway 36. Officers assisted them in their disagreement.

12:54 a.m., Officers were dispatched to fireworks in the area of Turner Street and Third Street. Officers were unable to locate any fireworks.

12:58 a.m., Officers were dispatched to possible gunshots in the 1200 block of Sunset Ave. Officers were unable to locate any violations.

1:05 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 900 block of S. Washington Street. Officers found the business was secure.

3:47 a.m., Officers checked on a pedestrian in the 400 block of Locust Street. The person was okay and did not need assistance.

10:08 a.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a medical call in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street.

10:15 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious item in the 1300 block of Cooper Street. Officers seized the item and the investigation is on-going.

10:56 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a well-being check in the 200 block of Park Ln. The person was found okay.

12:13 p.m., Officers were dispatched to stealing in the 600 block of W.

Business Highway 36. Suspects have been identified and charges are pending.

1:02 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 600

block of W. Business Highway 36..

1:33 p.m., Officers were out on a special detail at the Chillicothe Performing Arts Center.

1:36 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about possible stolen property.

1:52 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Elm Street. The investigation is on-going.

2:56 p.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity in the 300 block of Woodrow Ave. No report was filed at that time.

3:23 p.m., Officers were dispatched to stealing in the 1400 block of Clay Street. The investigation is on-going.

5:39 p.m., Officers were dispatched to loud music in the 400 block of Walnut Street. Officers made contact and the individuals were testing a vehicle stereo they recently installed.

6:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible stealing on Yusef Drive No report was filed at that time.

9:03 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible careless and imprudent driver travelling West on U.S. Highway 36 from the east toward Chillicothe. Officers located the vehicle and did not observe any violations.

12:10 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possibly intoxicated pedestrian having trouble walking in the 1400 block of Polk Street. Officers were unable to locate the person.

12:22 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a report of stealing in the 1100 block of Arcadia Rd. The investigation is on-going.

1:13 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1100 block of Arcadia Rd.

8:06 a.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a 5k run.

9:02 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1600 block of Jennings Ave.

10:01 a.m., Officers were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 100 block of E. Second Street. The owner was issued a citation for dog running-at-large. Officers were assisted by the Livingston County Animal Control Officer.

10:17 a.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about a civil matter at the police department.

11:52 a.m., Officers fingerprinted a person from a previous incident at

the police department.

12:40 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious substance in the 1000 block of Frederick Street.

4:58 p.m., Officers attempted a warrant service in the 1000 block of Fair Street.

5:59 p.m., Communication received a call of a dog digging under the neighbor’s fence. Animal control was notified.

7:00 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person with a possible warrant in the 2900 block of N. Washington Street. Officers discovered the person was not wanted.

10:08 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible impaired driver coming into Chillicothe from the south. Officers located the vehicle parked at a local business.

10:23 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers discovered no emergency existed.

11:58 p.m., Officers were dispatched to loud music coming from a vehicle in the area of E. Bridge Street. and Chicago Ave. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

1:52 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a loud music complaint in the 800 block of Clay Street. Officers made contact and the person agreed to turn the music down.

6:37 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 600 block of Walnut Street.

8:27 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 200 block of Virginia Ave.

9:19 a.m., Officers were dispatched to possible animal abuse/neglect in the 1100 block of Grandview Ave. Officers did not discover abuse/neglect at that time.

10:06 a.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Service with a medical call in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street.

11:22 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stealing in the 100 block of Trenton Rd. The victim did not wish to file a report at that time.

11:53 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible burglary in progress in the 1000 block of Olive Street. Officers discovered a female, who was a former tenant, entered the residence unlawfully. Officers also contacted a 34-year-old white male who gave officers false identification. Officers were able to learn the male’s identity and he was then arrested for an active arrest warrant for a parole violation and additional charges are pending. He was transported to the police department for processing and was then transported to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.

1:14 p.m., Officers were dispatched to phone harassment in the 1300 block of N. Washington Street. Officers were able to contact the suspect and they were advised to stop.

1:18 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about possible suspicious activity in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street.

1:45 p.m., Officers transported a prisoner to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.

2:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible parking violation in the 300 block of J.F.K. Ave. Officers did not discover any violations at that time.

2:26 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

2:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 1100 block of Walnut Street. The parties involved decided to exchange information. No report was taken.

4:04 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 1000 block of Graves Street. A suspect has been identified and charges are pending.

4:19 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a report of a dog attacking another dog on Jennifer Ln. The investigation is on-going.

5:26 p.m., Officers attempted a warrant service in the area of Fair Street and Polk Street. Officers were unable to make contact.

6:52 p.m., Officers recovered property in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

7:19 p.m., Officers returned property in the 500 block of W. Business Highway 36.

7:27 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a well-being check in the 1600 block of Second Street. The person was found to be okay.

8:22 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about possible threats and harassment at the police department. The victim did not wish to file a report at that time.

8:32 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person with an active warrant in the 700 block of Elm Street. Officers were unable to locate the wanted person at that time.

9:38 p.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a medical call in the 700 block of Clay Street.

10:07 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Webster Street. Officers discovered the residence to be empty.

10:24 p.m., Officers were dispatched to shoplifting in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers arrested an 18-year-old white male. The male was processed at the police department. He was released pending a court appearance.
