9:17 a.m., Officer speaking with subject with questions on obtaining a protection order.
9:40 a.m., Subject inthe police department in reference to paperwork on a towed vehicle.
10:46 a.m., Officer performed a motorist assist on US 65 near High School. Vehicle ran out of fuel. Vehicle pushed off roadway.
11:01 a.m., Officer checked parking complaint in the 500 block of Webster Street. Handled by officer.
11:20 a.m., Call from subject with questions on a civil matter in regards to their return to a worksite.
12:29 p.m., Subject speaking with officer on issue of ownership of a vehicle.
12:49 p.m., School Resource Officer conducting a follow-up investigation in the 1700 block of Deringer Drive.
1:26 p.m., Officer out at courthouse for court duties.
2:36 p.m., Officer performing well-being check in the 300 block of Elm Street. Subject okay.

4:27 p.m., Officer out in the 1300 block of Monroe Street on a follow-up investigation.
5:23 p.m., Report of a suspicious person in a field near East and Bridge streets. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
5:32 p.m., Report of suspicious person sitting on sidewalk in the 400 block of Locust Street. Officers unable to locate subject.
5:47 p.m., School Resource Officer handling juvenile matter at Chillicothe High School.
6:26 p.m., Officer out in the 2500 block of N. Fair Street to serve paper. Paper served to subject.
7:57 p.m., Residential alarm in 500 block of Elmdale Road. Building found to be secure.
8:00 p.m., Request for well-being check at residence in 100 block of Polk Street. Subject okay.
9:21 p.m., Report of possible trespassing in the 1000 block of Locust Street. Officers unable to locate anyone, subject was gone on officer’s arrival.
9:26 p.m., Officers assisted Emergency Services with a residential fire in the 900 block of Woodward Street.
On Feb. 27, the Chillicothe Police received 97 calls for service.

6:13 a.m., Officers assisted Emergency Services on a possible fire investigation in the 700 block of N. Washington Street. No fire was found in the building, possibly smoke from wiring.
10:37 a.m., Officer spoke with a subject with questions on retrieving property from evidence.
10:46 a.m., Officer out in 1200 block of N. Washington Street on continuing investigation.
11:01 a.m., Officer out in the 800 block of Fairway Drive on a motorist assist.
12:47 p.m., Officer out at courthouse for court duties.
1:31 p.m., Officer at police department for court ordered fingerprint detail.
1:50 p.m., Subject in police department checking on return of property. Prosecuting attorney unable to respond at this time.
2:21 p.m., Officer performed a traffic stop at Baptist Home Lane and N. Washington Street and the driver was found to be driving with a suspended license. The driver was brought to the police departmenty, processed and released.
4:00 p.m., Officer at business in the 10 block of Elm Street on fraud investigation.
4:02 p.m., Officer out at police department on a request to assist another agency.
4:45 p.m., Officer out in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street on investigation.
5:04 p.m., Officer out in 800 block of Walnut Street reference possible theft. no report at this time.
5:40 p.m., Officers responded to the storage buildings located on the 200 blk., Williams Street in reference to children playing in a storage shed and spraying each other with a fire extinguisher. Informational report taken.
10:13 p.m., Officer spoke with subject that was receiving threats through a third party. subject advised of their options.
11:16 p.m., Officer checking report of constantly barking dog in the 1400 block of McVey. Officer reports no dog barking at time of checking area.
