1:01 a.m., Officer received a phone call from a Trenton Police Department Officer in reference possibility of a 14-year-old runaway being in Chillicothe. Information was received and given to officers.
9:00 a.m., Officer out at courthouse for court duties.
11:03 a.m., Officers out at courthouse for new officer orientation.
11:24 a.m., Call from business in the 700 block of Elm Street reference a subject that was causing a disturbance. Subject was gone on officers arrival. Investigation continuing.
12:19 p.m., Officers out in the 1100 block of Calhoun Street on a well-being check. The subject was okay.
12:20 p.m., Officers out in the 300 block of Calhoun Street making contact with subject involved in previous call of disturbance in 700 block of Elm Street. Subject was trespassed from complaining business and advised to not return.
2:20 p.m., Officers responded to 500 block of Samuel Street in reference to property damage. Upon arrival, officers were able to speak to a suspect, identify the property damage and make an adult arrest. The suspect was taken to the police department, processed and released with a citation.
2:35 p.m., Report of a vehicle acting suspiciously in Simpson Park. Officers were unable to locate a vehicle matching the description.
2:50 p.m., Fire reported in the area of Clay and Walnut Street. Yard waste was being burnt. no report.
5:11 p.m., New officer orientation at the police department firing range was satisfactorily completed.
6:09 p.m., Check on subject reported to possibly be passed-out in vehicle on parking lot in the 800 block of W. Business Highway 36. The subject was okay, just taking a nap.
6:49 p.m., Officer at the police department to speak with a subject in reference to a previously filed report.
7:46 p.m., Loud music complaint from the 100 block of Herriman Street. Officer drove area and unable to locate the source of the complaint.
11:23 p.m., Officer observed an open door in the 200 block of Garr Field Road and made contact with residents.
11:31 p.m., Officers performed a well-being check in the 300 block of W. Business Highway 36. The subject contacted and was okay.
On March 12, the Chillicothe Police received 96 calls for service.
