Local cancelations due to concerns over COVID-19 include:

Central Methodist University’s Band concert scheduled for March 19, at the Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center has been canceled. The Livingston County Health Department’s March 25 adult blood draw clinic e has been canceled. The Hedrick Medical Center and Wright Memorial Hospital’s Annual Service Awards scheduled for Saturday, April 18 has been postponed. All Chillicothe R-II School District events have been canceled. Check school communications and the C-T for rescheduling of certain events. All events for Bishop Hogan Memorial School have been canceled. Mass will not be held at St. Columban Catholic Church through April 3. Currently, the next in-person Mass will be the Saturday evening mass on April 4. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) announces, effective immediately, it has canceled most public events and programs at its nature centers, shooting ranges, and other locations around the state until April 15. MDC scheduled managed hunts, mentored spring turkey hunts, and native plant sales at nature centers will continue as planned. All conservation areas remain open to the public. MDC offices, nature centers, and shooting ranges also remain open under normal operating hours. NJCAA has canceled the remainder of the spring sports season. Until further notice, there will be no more in-person meals at the Grand River Multipurpose Center. Home delivered meals will still be taken to shut-ins already on the list. To-go meals can be picked up at the center. Please call the center at 646-1555 by 11 a.m., to order a to-go meal. The Grand River YMCA is closing and canceling all programs, effective March 17.
