Lots of spring sports happening for the season at Chillicothe High School—“Meet the Hornets” was a great success with lots of energized athletes introduced and will participate in boys tennis, boys and girls track, boys golf, girls soccer and spring baseball. We will be in the bleachers at the soccer matches. Have a great season Hallie Rae.

Congrads to Southwest High School Alumni Kortlyn Rounkles named all-region national jr college activities assoc. basketball 1st team. Kortlyn, a member of the North Central Missouri College, Trenton Lady Pirates was the overall top scorer this past season.

They presented their monies to Friends of Chillicothe Parks---which strives to support the parks department in maintaining, enhancing and promoting Chillicothe Parks. Members of Grand River Technical School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) recently competed in district competition and have qualified for State. 40 members competed, those going to state, Kyle Roseman, Dalton Ripley, Callaway Chapman, Hallie Jones, Emma Burk, Emily Miller, Nathan tool, Carter Allen, Lauren Cavanah, Amanda Brade, Drew Minnis, Alisyn Worman, William Kieffer, Kimber Roberts, Danielle Martin, Audrey Snider, Kylie Roseman and Braxten Johnson. Hallie, Sales Presentation—Golf Club. Advisors Jenny Hughes, Sondra Sturguess, Susan Mayers and Bailey Maxwell. The group will travel to Springfield in April for State Competition. FBLA mission to bring business and education together, through leadership and career programs.
