The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m., Monday night.

Due to the emergency declaration in Chillicothe and across the state, Monday night’s Chillicothe City Council meeting will be available to the public through a teleconference phone call.

The agenda for the 6:30 p.m., meeting on March 30, includes:

Call to order; roll call; report from the finance chairman; presentation and approval of invoices; presentation and approval of payroll; presentation and approval of Municipal Utilities invoices and salaries; Hanna Fletcher, city auditor, discussion and ordinance amending the 2019-2020 Budget; public hearing to consider an ordinance adopting The City of Chillicothe and Chillicothe Municipal Utilities budget for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year. (Participation in this public hearing will be via teleconference.) Anyone wanting a copy of the City of Chillicothe’s proposed budget or CMU’s budget may do so by requesting such from the City Auditor at cityauditor@chillicothecity.org or by calling 660-646-2751. 2. When prompted enter the Conference ID number: 918042 followed by the #

3. If the moderator is not on yet it will ask you to wait

4. If the meeting has already started you should be immediately connected and

be able to listen to the meeting.
