Our compliments to Steven and Kathie Jones retiring from “The Baptist Home”—what an outstanding couple, who have served their communities they call home and the many folks in those communities. After 29 years Steven and Kathie have stepped down, Steven as president of the Baptist Home and Kathie as the president’s assistant. Now make their home in Farmington, with possibly returning to Chillicothe. Steven joined the staff at the Baptist Home in 1991 in Chillicothe as chaplain and director of social services, in 1993 became administrator and later he and was chosen vice president and in 2006 president of the Baptist Home campuses in Ironton, Chillicothe, Ozark and Ashland. The first church Steven pastored Meadville First Baptist. So happy for the Jones Family.

Thank you Morningside—We got to visit our Mom, June Sowder. Due to all that is going on around , like many, we have been unable to visit, we were invited out to visit June through the glass entry at the center. We blew kisses and chatted by phone. When you are used to seeing your Mother each day, this was a huge bonus for us all. We thank you Joan Sweets and staff.
