10:04 a.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

11:12 a.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 500 block of South Washington Street.

11:37 a.m., Officer spoke with subject on the phone regarding harassment. The subject was advised of their remedies.

1:02 p.m., Officer spoke with subject in the 1400 block of Alexander regarding possible fraud. The subject was advised of the remedies.

1:08 p.m., Officer spoke with a subject on the phone regarding child custody issues.

2:00 p.m., Officer assisted a juvenile at Miller and Springhill with the recovery of the juvenile’s kite that had become stuck.

2:18 p.m., Officers responded to a fire alarm at a building in the 700 block of Clay. The alarm was set off by a residents cooking.

2:30 p.m., Officer received a noise complaint in the 600 block of Cowgill. Officer made contact with the resident and advised of the complaint. No further complaints were received.

2:43 p.m., Officer conducted a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 65 and U.S. Highway 36. The driver was issued a warning for speeding.

6:10 p.m., Officer conducted a follow up investigation in the 10 block of Jackson Street.

7:52 p.m., Officers responded to the 800 block of Grandview and recovered a drug related item. The item was properly disposed of.

8:23 p.m., Officer received a report of a noise complaint in the 500 block of Third Street. Officer made contact with residents and advised of the complaint. No further complaints were received.

8:53 p.m., Officers conducted a wellbeing check of a subject in the 1400 block of Alexander. The subject was found to be fine.

1:15 a.m., Officer transported a subject to a hospital in Smithville for further treatment and evaluation.

7:28 a.m., Officer assisted MSHP with a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 36 and U.S. Highway 65.

8:57 a.m., Officer conducted traffic stop at U.S. Highway 36 and Mitchell. Driver was issued warning for speeding.

9:17 a.m., Officer conducted traffic atop in the 600 block of Business 36. Driver was issued warning for speeding.

10:11 a.m., Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2600 block of North Washington. Driver was cited for speeding.

11:09 a.m., Officer conducted a wellbeing check in the 1400 block of Alexander. The subject was transferred to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.

12:55 p.m., Officers responded to a report of a possible domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Polk Street. Officers were unable to locate any disturbance.

1:52 p.m., Officer called to the 100 block of Business 36 for a child left unattended. Officer made contact and child was being supervised properly.

3:01 p.m., Officer conducted a wellbeing check of a subject in the 1300 block of Monroe. The subject was transferred to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.

4:59 p.m., Officer received a noise complaint in the 900 block of Adam Drive. Officer made contact and advised of the complaint. No further complaints were received.

6:12 p.m., Officer spoke with subject on the phone regarding fraudulent transactions on the subjects banking account.

6:26 p.m., Officer conducted a wellbeing check of a subject in the 900 block of Webster Street. The subject was found to be fine.

8:21 p.m., Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at Webster and Dickinson. Officer reported the incident was verbal in nature and no arrests were made.

11:35 p.m., Officer conducted a traffic stop regarding a trespass issue at Washington and Second at the request of the Livingston County Sheriffs Department. The stop was turned over to a deputy.

On April 18, the Chillicothe Police Department received 70 calls for service.

12:59 a.m., Officer conducted traffic stop at Clay and Washington Street. Driver was cited for speeding.

7:44 a.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 2600 block of North Washington Street.

7:52 a.m., Officer traveled to Grundy County to conduct an interview.

8:03 a.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 1000 block of Graves Street.

9:02 a.m., Officers recovered 4-wheeler in the 1000 block of Birch. The 4-wheeler had been reported stolen out of Buchanan County.

12:42 p.m., Officer recovered property that had been left at a business in the 1000 block of Graves. The property was returned to the owner.

1:09 p.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 1200 block of North Washington.

1:10 p.m., Officers arrested a 32-year-old male in the 600 block of Walnut Street on a Livingston County warrant for two counts of first degree child molestation. The subject was unable to post the required $50,000 cash only bond and was transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

3:00 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 10 block of Jennifer Lane. Officer reported the incident to be verbal in nature and no arrests were made.

4:02 p.m., Officer responded to a business in the 1000 block of Graves for a report of theft. As a result of the investigation, officers arrested and cited a 25-year-old female for stealing. She was released pending a future Municipal Court appearance.

4:53 p.m., Officers conducted a well being check of a subject in the 10 block of Jennifer Lane. The subject was found to be fine.

5:28 p.m., Officer conducted a well being check in the 1300 block of Monroe. The subject was transferred to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.

7:41 p.m., Officer responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of Vine. Officers reported the incident to be verbal in nature and no arrests were made.

10:20 p.m., Officer assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department with a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Washington Street.

10:42 p.m., Officer conducted a business check in the 600 block of West Business Highway 36.

11:09 a.m., Officer conducted a wellbeing check of a subject in the 600 block of Walnut Street. The subject was transferred to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.
