Six handguns were stolen from a Chillicothe business in the early morning horse of April 22.
According to a press release from the Chillicothe Police Department, early Wednesday morning, officers were dispatched to a burglary alarm at a local business, where it was discovered forced entry was made to the business. Officers canvased the area in an attempt to locate a suspect(s).
The business owner was contacted and responded to the scene and stated approximately six handguns were stolen from the business.
Officers are working with the ATF on investigating this crime.
