6:19 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 500 block of St. Louis Ave. A vehicle struck an apartment building causing damage to the building and left the scene. No injuries were reported. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the police department.

7:28 a.m., Officers attempted to return property to the owner in the 400 block of E. Jackson Street. Officers were unable to contact the property owner.

8:35 a.m., Officers conducted an escort for a local funeral home.

9:07 a.m., Officers were out the courthouse for court duties.

9:17 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stealing in the 1100 block of Fairway Drive. The owner located the missing item.

9:50 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 500 block St. Louis Avenue.

11:13 a.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about a property dispute in the 10 block of S. Washington Street. The incident was determined to be a civil matter.

1:07 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Washington and Locust streets. The driver was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

2:09 p.m., Officers recovered lost property in the 600 block of Walnut Street. The owner was contacted and the property was returned.

2:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to an unattended child in the area of Third and Paul streets. The child was reunited with the parent.

2:37 p.m., Officers removed debris from the roadway on N. Washington Street.

2:50 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about a possible assault in the 100 block of N. Herriford Street. The investigation is on-going.

2:56 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible stealing and property damage in the 400 block of Boehner Place. The owner declined to file a report at this time.

3:53 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 800 block of Elm Street. Officers made contact and no crime was discovered.

3:57 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible stealing in the area of E. Jackson Street and Missouri Avenue. Officers took a report and the investigation is on-going.

4:21 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a child custody dispute in the 1100 block of Bryan Street. The child was turned over to the custodial parent without incident.

5:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a well-being check in the 1200 block of Miller Street. Officers made contacted and determined the person was okay.

6:47 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about child custody at the police department.

7:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a barking dog in the 1300 block of Jackson Street. Officers contacted the owner and the issue was resolved.

7:37 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a liquid substance leaking out of a vehicle in a business parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers discovered oil was leaking out of the back of the vehicle and the owner was notified. The owner cleaned up the oil.

9:11 p.m., Officers were dispatched to juveniles trespassing in the 1000 block of Walnut Street. Officers were unable to locate anyone the time and the owner was contacted.

10:11 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of N. Washington Street. The incident was determined to be verbal and the parties separated.

8:59 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 1100 block of Jackson St. The residence was found secure and the homeowner was contacted.

9:24 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 900 block of Birch Drive. The alarm was found to be an accidental trip.

9:39 a.m., Officers were recovered a syringe in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The item was properly disposed.

11:52 a.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 700 block of Walnut Street. The investigation is on-going.

12:02 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 200 block of S. Washington Street.

1:24 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the area of Vine and Calhoun streets.

7:55 p.m., Officers were dispatched to unattended children walking on the street in the 600 block of Peacher Street. Officers patrolled the area and were unable to locate any children.

9:39 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about possible stolen property. No report was filed at this time.

9:39 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a defiant teenager in the 300 block of Dickinson Avenue. Officers contacted the guardian and teenager and the information will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Officer.

11:11 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a barking dog in the 400 block of Calhoun Street.
