All three were arrested on Aug. 22.

According to online arrest reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) three people have been arrested recently for alleged alcohol-related and drug crimes.

On Aug. 22 Christopher R. Schrand, 53, Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested at 4:11 p.m., in Livingston County for alleged unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; and two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and released.

At 8:24 p.m., on Aug. 22, Kelly L. Miller, 58, Chillicothe, was arrested by troopers in Livingston County and was charged with alleged driving while intoxicated and speeding. According to the online report Miller was taken to the Chillicothe Police Department and released.

Amanda Miller, 42, Cameron, was arrested at 10:25 p.m., also on Aug. 22, in Livingston County and was charged with alleged driving while intoxicated - first offense, lane violation and for having no insurance. She was released from custody, according to the report.
