12:56 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a loud 4-wheeler in the area of Third and

Brunswick streets. Officers were unable to locate it.

10:45 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a child having a bicycle wreck in the 1500

block of Clay St. The child was not hurt and was assisted by the parents.

10:52 a.m., Officers were dispatched to dogs running-at-large in the 1500 block of

Third St. Officers were unable to locate the dogs. The information was forwarded to

animal control.

12:36 a.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 500 block of

Elmdale Rd.

1:48 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a barking dog complaint in the 1000 block of

Smith St. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner.

1:48 p.m., Officers removed approximately 80 chickens from a residence in the 500

block of Elmdale Rd. Officers were assisted by animal control.

2:12 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Cowgill St.

The incident was determined to be civil.

2:57 p.m., Officers took a report of property damage in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. The incident will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.

2:57 p.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the

1000 block of Graves St. The investigation is on-going.

3:35 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible harassment in the 1300 block of

Calhoun St. The incident was determined to be civil.

3:55 p.m., Officers attempted a warrant service on Washington St.

4:08 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1400 block of S.

Mitchell Ave.

4:21 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen at the police department about a possible

assault. Officers discovered the incident occurred in another jurisdiction and the citizen

was referred there.

5:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 700 block of Webster St. Officers discovered there was no emergency.

5:46 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a three-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle crash

in the 1500 block of Vine St.

6:07 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of

Polk St. The incident was determined to be verbal in nature and no arrests were made.

7:27 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1300 block of Monroe St.

One person left without incident.

9:59 p.m., Officers were dispatched to loud music in the area of E. Bridge St. and

Missouri Ave. Officers were unable to locate anything.

10:41 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible fight in the 1200 block of Third St.

Officers were unable to locate anyone.

7:25 a.m., Commercial business alarm in the 500 block of N. Washington Street. Accidental activation. okay.

8:07 a.m., Report of suspicious activity near road construction site on Mitchell Rd. No report at this time.

8:11 a.m., Officer assisting Hedrick Medical Center on request to contact judge in reference to a subject having made threats of self-harm. Officer made contact with judge and he will follow-up on situation.

10:34 a.m., Officers out in 500 block of Elmdale Road on follow-up investigation.

10:44 a.m., Reported disturbance in the 200 block of W. Business 36. Subjects had left prior to officers arrival.

11:35 a.m., Officers out in the 500 block of St. Louis Street checking on reported damage to cars by kids on bicycles. Owners advised to call back if require reports.

12:31 p.m., Officer out in the 1000 block of Graves Street for report of property damage to vehicle.

12:50 p.m., Officer out in the 300 block of Cherry Street on an investigation.

2:06 p.m.,Officer checking well-being of subject at Third and Washington. Subject okay and leaving area.

2:41 p.m., Officer recovered an item of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Webster Street. Taken to the police department for disposal.

2:44 p.m., Report of C & I driver, south of town headed north on U.S. Highway 65. Officer observed vehicle and no violations were observed.

5:41 p.m., Disturbance reported in the 400 block of Wise Street. Determined to be landlord/tenant dispute. Argument was resolved.

5:47 p.m., Report of a Moped being stolen from the 1100 block of Calhoun Street. Investigation continuing.

6:31 p.m., Commercial business alarm in the 500 block of W. Business 36. Accidental activation.

8:00 p.m., Officer out in the 500 block of S. Washington Street on investigation.

8:19 p.m.., Officer speaking with subject on phone reference custody dispute. No report.

11:04 p.m., Suspicious activity reported in the 1000 block of Olive Street. someone walking around with a flashlight. Officer could locate no one and no response from residence.

11:06 p.m., Report of someone attempting forceful entry of residence in the 100 block of Ashley Avenue. Officers unable to locate anyone.

On Sept. 5, the Chillicothe Police Department received 93 calls for service.
