Mrs. Lena M. Spainhour, 75, a resident of Meadville, MO. died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 13, 2018 at her son’s home south of Meadville.
Mrs. Lena M. Spainhour, 75, a resident of Meadville, MO. died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 13, 2018 at her son’s home south of Meadville. The body was cremated under the direction of Slater Funeral Home, Trenton. A private memorial service will be held later. Mrs. Spainhour was born May 28,1942 at Spickard, MO. the daughter of Jim R. and Eva Blattner Wilson. She attended Spickard School. Before retiring she was employed by Midwest Glove, Gear Sports of Chillicothe and Stanberry Uniforms of Brookfield. On April 27, 1956 she was married to Donald R. Spainhour at Laredo, MO. He preceded her death on May 6, 2005. Her survivors include three sons Mark Spainhour and wife Anita of Texas, Joel Spainhour, of Meadville and Shaun Collins and wife Tosha of Meadville. Eight grandchildren Tyler Spainhour, Aidan Spianhour, Gavin Drye, Anthony Troubaugh, Mark Troubaugh, Jessica Troubaugh, Cody Collins, and Lynn Collins. One great granddaughter Stella.
