For a second time in the first three years of his Higbee High School career, junior Derek Rockett has been voted to the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association’s Class 1 All-State team. He averaged 30 points per game this past season, leaving him at 1,836 for his career with another season to play for the 2-times-defending Carroll-Livingston Activity Association Tournament and regular- season champion Tigers.
