Upper-grade students at Chillicothe's Bishop Hogan Memorial School get their meal Tuesday, prior to the parochial school operated by St. Columban Church dismissing after a planned opening half-day. Harris mused at one point in the 1980s movie comedy "Police Academy," some Chillicothe High School students might have been thinking, "One down, several to go," as they exited the school for the first time in the 2021-22 school year at about noon Tuesday. Wednesday began full days of instruction.
