Having survived a nearly-fatal heart blockage two years earlier, Chillicothe High School wrestling head coach Chad Smith, shwwn watching a Hornet compete during the 2022 state tournament, reached a CHS coaching milestone during the Dec. 20-21 Sam Richardson Duals tournament at Moberly.
