The Grand River Area Family YMCA is inviting the community to an early morning of faith, fellowship, and fresh coffee for this year’s National Day of Prayer event on Thursday, May 1, 2025. The annual prayer breakfast, themed “Seeking the God of Hope,” begins at 6:45 a.m. and will take place at the YMCA located at 1725 Locust Street in Chillicothe.

This free event is hosted in partnership with the Livingston County Ministerial Alliance and is open to all. Attendees are encouraged to come as they are—no reservations are necessary, but they are appreciated to help organizers prepare.

In addition to a warm breakfast and shared prayer, a love offering will be taken at the door to support Operation Help, which provides essential utility assistance to individuals and families in need across the community.
