Popeyes announced this week that the chain has run out of inventory for its viral chicken sandwiches, and one man isn't having it.

According to the Times Free Press, a Tennessee man is suing the company for false advertising.

Craig Barr's lawsuit also claims he wasted "countless time driving" to various restaurants to find the sandwiches (same, Craig, same). He also claimed a man hustled him out of $25 by claiming he had access to the sandwiches.

"I can't get happy; I have this sandwich on my mind. I can't think straight," Barr told the Times Free Press.
